The Mesmerize team brings years of experience from multiple advertising, marketing, and sales channels:
Gregory Leibert, President & Chief Executive Officer: Founded Mesmerize Marketing LLC in February of 2006. Prior to that Greg spent 6 years as Chief Operating Officer of InSite Advertising, where he built and managed a network of 12,000 media boards in 3,000 venues across 65 markets, as well as developed OnSite Promotions, the event marketing and promotions division of the company. In 2004 InSite Advertising Inc. was acquired by Alloy Media & Marketing (NASDAQ: ALOY). When Greg isn’t spending his free time traveling the world, he enjoys cheering on the Michigan Wolverines football team and playing softball.
Craig Mait, Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel: After serving as the company’s General Counsel, Craig joined Mesmerize Marketing in a full-time capacity in 2009. Craig manages day-to-day operations for all media placement, including leasing space and posting all client campaigns. Craig also plays a vital role in developing strategic business partnerships and joint ventures. Craig was formerly a Senior Associate at Mait, Wang, and Simmons. In his free time Craig enjoys running, going to the beach, and spending time with his daughter.
Paul Ellis, Executive Vice President, Sales & Business Development: Paul served as a Senior Account Executive at Mesmerize Marketing for four years before being promoted to Vice President of Sales and Business Development. He brings twelve years of advertising experience with him and held sales positions at Titan Worldwide and Katz Media Group prior to joining the Mesmerize team. When Paul is not running the company’s sales and business development and attending to our clients’ needs, you can find him playing with his beloved French Bulldog, Eloise.
Andrew Schwartz, Operations Director: Born and raised in New York City, Andrew started at Mesmerize Marketing in 2015 as a Media Manager and was promoted to Operations Director. Before joining the Mesmerize team, he spent 3 years working at an event marketing agency managing Tour Managers throughout the country. Andrew led the event marketing department for a small Wine and Spirits importer while receiving his Masters in Branding at the School of Visual Arts. When not at work, Andrew likes to spend time hanging with his dog and escaping the city as much as possible.
Jon Nelson, Director of Sales: Jon joined the Mesmerize Marketing team in 2017. He brings over 25 years of successful advertising sales experience in working with ad agencies and client direct. He previously worked in the OOH/DOOH arena, at Mangia Media, among others. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, going to the beach and spending time with his wife and twin daughters.
Alison Ku, Account Executive: Alison joined Mesmerize Marketing as an Account Executive in 2016. She’s a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina with a degree in Communications. She has fifteen years of media experience including a background in Out of Home, TV, Digital and Print. In her spare time, she loves watching her favorite reality TV shows and spending time with her husband and son.
Greg Desrouleaux, Senior Marketing Specialist: A Queens native who joined Mesmerize in 2016, he brings an engaging and creative attitude, as well as 8 years of out-of-home media experience to the mix. He has a varied professional background in the industry, having held positions at Van Wagner Outdoor, Outfront Media and Clear Channel. He graduated St. John’s University with a B.S. in Communications and a Masters in Sociology. Constantly being bitten by the travel bug, he enjoys exploring all corners of the globe and considering himself a consummate “collector of experiences”. His wily cat, Chance, loves to hear the riveting tales of his adventures. Probably.
Ricardo Medina, Operations Manager: Ricardo joined Mesmerize in 2016 as an Operations Coordinator. After one year, he moved into an Operations Manager role. He manages our database of media boards and plays a vital role in planning for client campaigns and network monitoring. Prior to joining Mesmerize, he held a marketing and sales operations position with an OTC pharmaceutical manufacturer for over two years. In his free time, he enjoys working out, attending Yankee games, and living his life a quarter mile at a time.
Andrew Schreyer, Field Operations Manager: Andrew brings a wealth of data analytics, operational process improvement, and field staff management knowledge to Mesmerize Marketing, where he is currently managing the day-to-day operations of program managers. Andrew joined Mesmerize Marketing from Hillary for America, Hillary Clinton’s Presidential campaign; previously, he worked for Oakland-based solar PV energy startup Sungevity. When not at work, Andrew can be found in the kitchen–he has a passion for food and loves to try new recipes.
Katie Kurz, Media Coordinator: Katie joined Mesmerize in 2016 as Media Coordinator overseeing our Program Managers who distribute our educational marketing materials in the field. Prior to Mesmerize, Katie was the Operations Manager of a dog walking company. When Katie is not in the office, you can usually find her rocking out at a spin class or eating her way through Manhattan.
Tiffany Louie, Field Operations Coordinator: Prior to joining Mesmerize, Tiffany worked in education where she coached adults with developmental disabilities, and in food services, coordinating events. She received her B.S in Baking & Pastry Arts Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University and has worked alongside several celebrity chefs. If she’s not watching a Yankees game, she’s playing softball, attending a concert or practicing yoga.
