NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Brite Media Group – the prominent out-of-home marketing company specializing in delivering unique solutions to consumers at the point of purchase – announces a leadership change with the appointment of Gregory Leibert as Chief Executive Officer and Craig Mait as President and Chief Revenue Officer. Leibert and Mait have been CEO and COO respectively of Mesmerize Marketing, the trusted point-of-care advertising company that Brite Media acquired earlier this year.
“Brite Media’s new, hands-on leadership team has a deep understanding of every element of out-of-home advertising, including client services, content development, production and distribution”
Leibert will lead the integration of Brite Media’s various divisions to offer clients a unique set of creative out-of-home advertising solutions under one roof. Mait will direct the newly combined sales team focusing on delivering increasingly diverse media solutions across all Brite platforms to its expanding client roster. Joining Leibert and Mait at Brite Media and continuing their senior positions previously held at Mesmerize Marketing are Paul Ellis, Executive Vice President, Sales and Mathew Reynders, Vice President, Business Development. Michael Ellis will remain in his role as President and Chief Operating Officer and oversee the integration of the company’s combined operations.
Brite Media offers bespoke campaigns that enable brands to reach elusive audiences with highly-targeted and inventive advertising products that engage with customers at the places they visit. Brite Media’s solutions include advertising on buses and trains, in cafes and convenience stores, at doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and community-based organizations, in check cashing and financial service centers, at restaurants and bars, and with street-facing outdoor media. The company’s campaigns reach customers in over 100,000 locations nationwide.
Brite Media partners with clients across a wide spectrum of categories, including, but not limited to Amazon, Anthem, CBS, Clorox, First Five California, Gilead, GSK, HBO, Merck, Metro PCS, Narcan, Netflix, New York State Department of Health, Publix, Quaker, Shire, and State Farm. The company has doubled in size through internal organic growth and acquisitions in the past 12 months and is poised to continue that rapid expansion.
“In order to stand out to consumers, Brite Media creates unique advertising platforms that deliver valuable educational and promotional content within the context of their environments. Consumers are inundated with a constant stream of information from their digital screens, yet huge opportunities remain to develop new strategies with the boldness of static and digital out-of-home tactics,” said Leibert. “Every client has different needs. However, they all share the desire to connect with specific target audiences. With our divisions now all under one roof, we’re able to offer flexible and creative options across our transit, point-of-care, and point-of-sale networks.”
“Brite Media’s new, hands-on leadership team has a deep understanding of every element of out-of-home advertising, including client services, content development, production and distribution,” said Andrew Brown of The Beekman Group, a leading private equity firm and the majority owner of Brite Media. “We’re excited to have Greg and his team step into leadership roles across the entire business.”
In their roles with Mesmerize Marketing, Leibert and his team built a reputation for taking a personalized and consultative approach to point-of-care media. Developing unique campaigns for each client based on their goals, and creating new solutions when necessary, Mesmerize enables brands to interact with highly targeted diverse audiences.
Through high-quality, patient-oriented educational content and branded medical essentials — such as prescription pharmacy bags, exam table paper, sanitary masks, and product samples — Leibert and the Mesmerize leadership team built the company into the largest provider of static media in high-prescribing medical offices, pharmacies, and community-based organizations.
The appointments are being made amid strong growth across the out-of-home sector. Recent industry research from the Outdoor Advertising Association of America found that out of home revenue is up nearly 5% in Q2 2018 compared to the previous year.
